Reception
Our reception desk is staffed from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. If you plan to depart in the morning before 07:00 a.m., please settle you bill already the day before.

If you wish to sleep late and do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the „Do not disturb“ sign in an easy to see location outside of your room door.

You can obtain the visitor‘s card at reception. You should keep this with you at all times. Also you can use the busses (Kaiserbäderbusse) free of charge
